Senior Clinical Research Coordinator
I am a physician and clinical research professional dedicated to improving the lives of patients with advanced liver disease. My work focuses on enhancing quality of life and improving transplant outcomes through evidence-based research and community-centered care .I collaborate with the Department of Public Health through UCSF’s DeLIVER Care program to expand Hepatitis C testing and linkage to care in underserved communities. I also help lead the HOPE program supporting individuals living with HIV, advancing transplant outcomes in HIV+ populations. My clinical trial work centers on emerging therapies for Chronic Hepatitis B and Hepatitis D. I have had the privilege of working with Dr. Lai on the groundbreaking FrAILT program, which aims to improve outcomes and resilience in patients with chronic liver disease.
I am an MD from India, with specialization in Pediatrics, and hold a certification in Clinical Research from the University of California, Berkeley.
